Dumpy began as a simple sketch — a playful hybrid of a dumpling and a rounded silhouette — and quickly evolved into one of my most recognizable and best-selling creations. What started as a lighthearted digital experiment grew into a character with surprising personality and charm.

Created as a standalone digital piece, Dumpy expanded into physical form through sticker drops across downtown New York City and a match-cut video presentation that brought the mascot to life. The project reflects my love for character design, cultural spontaneity, and the power of simple ideas to resonate widely.
